AS A JUNIOR (2015-2016): Came in fourth in the 200 yd. IM (2:02.83) at the New England Catholic Invitational…Took first in the 100 yd. freestyle (49.30) and second in the 200 yd. freestyle (1:49.60) against Bridgewater State…Came in eleventh in the 200 yd. freestyle (1:46.26) at the Dartmouth Invitational.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2014-2015): Came in twenty-fifth in the 200 yd. freestyle (1:45.67) and thirty-first in the 500 yd. freestyle (4:59.62) at the Terrier Invitational…Came in twenty-sixth in the 100 yd. backstroke (54.91) at the Terrier Invitational…Took third place in the 1000 yd. freestyle (10:45.59) against Maine and Vermont…Totaled 24.00 individual points in dual meets for the season.
AS A FRESHMAN (2013-2014): Kieran provided strong performances throughout the season...Fitzpatrick took second in the 400 Individual Medley at the Northeast Catholic Invite hosted at BC...He also took second in the 200 breaststroke against Maine...Kieran's strongest performance came late in the season at the UCONN Open...Fitzpatrick took second in the 200 IM and third in the 400 IM.
BEFORE BC: Attended Chaminade High School in Mineola, New York... lettered in 2010 and 2011...Freshmen team record holder in 100 IM... Chaminade Freshmen MVP in 2009... Harborfields High School Team MVP as an eighth grader in 2009... Suffolk County All-League in 2008 and 2009... Senior Metropolitan Championship Finalist in 2012 and 2013... Speedo Sectional and Supersectional Qualifier in 2012 and 2013... All Suffolk County in 2013... National Honor Society Member.
PERSONAL: Kieran is from Huntington, New York... Son of Kieran and Lee Ann Fitzpatrick... Has a sister, Aileen, who is a Junior at St. Anthony's High School, a brother, Connor, who is a Freshman at Chaminade High School, and a brother, Ian, who is in eighth grade... Swam for Islanders Aquatics in Sayville, New York... Currently enrolled in the Morrissey College of Arts and Sciences at BC.
