Baldwin, Cheer and Pom Appearance Request
Add Boston College's mascot Baldwin, our cheer team or our pom dance team to any of your special events! If you would like to have an exciting and memorable addition to your event, please complete the form below and "submit".
Appearance Fees (Minimum of 2 hours)
- Boston College Non Athletics Appearances: $100/hr
- Non-Profit Organizations: $100/hr
- External Appearances (Weddings, Parties, etc.): $300/hr
- Corporate Appearances: $500/hr
All prices are subject to change in accordance with event location and availability. All appearances are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis and are dependent on availability. All events are booked at the discretion of the Boston College Athletic Department and may be denied for any reason. In order to improve the chances of your request being approved, please submit your request no later than two (2) weeks prior to your scheduled event. Requests submitted less than two (2) weeks prior to your event may not be processed.
When requesting our cheer or dance teams, numbers will be confirmed upon availability and will not be our full team.
Additional Appearance Requirements
Parking must be provided for the mascot along with a private and secure changing room (not a bathroom or a closet) for the mascot to change and keep belongings locked during the appearance.
Water, preferably bottled, must be provided and the mascot cannot be required to be inside the suit for longer than a maximum of one hour at a time before taking a break. If the appearance is outdoors please allow extra breaks during that allotted time. The mascot is unable to perform in severe weather.
A safe environment must be maintained, and the mascot reserves the right to walk away from any appearance deemed unsafe or harmful and refunds (if applicable) will not be granted.
Confirming Availability
Within five (5) to seven (7) business days of your submission, you will receive an email confirming our availability for your event. At that time, you will also receive a link on where to submit payment. All payments must be submitted 24 hours before the date of the event.
