How do I contact the Ticket Office?
The Ticket Office is located on the concourse of Conte Forum near Gate B. Normal office hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and two hours prior to all ticketed events. The Ticket Office can also be reached at athtick@bc.edu, or (617) 552-GoBC.
What games is the Gold Pass used for?
The Gold Pass gives you access to regular-season home football, men's ice hockey, men's basketball and women's basketball games. It does not guarantee you entrance to all games; it provides the opportunity to access games. It’s up to the student to arrive early to get into the game. Access to games is on a first-come, first-served basis. BC Athletics will inform students on which games will be considered a "high demand" event. For "high demand" events, priority access will be give to students who attend the highest percentage of games. Details will be sent to your email prior to any high demand games.Â
