AS A SENIOR (2017-2018): Named to the ACC Honor Roll.
AS A JUNIOR (2016-2017): Made major contributions to the women’s distance program…traveled to Chicago to compete in the meets against University of Illinois- Chicago, University of Chicago, and Wheaton College…at the Terrier Invite, placed 17th in the 1650 yard Freestyle with a time of 18:03.32, and 28th in the 500 yard Freestyle with a time of 5:14.58…at the Williams dual, took 3rd place in the 1000 yard Freestyle and 5th place in the 500 yard Freestyle…finished her season strong with season best times in the 1650 and 500 yard freestyle events, 17:53.96 and 5:14.57, respectively.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2015-2016): Competed in distance Freestyle events throughout the season...At the New England Catholic Invite, placed 8th in the 1000 yard Freestyle, 15th in the 500 yard Freestyle, and 27th in the 200 yard Freestyle....At the Terrier Invite, placed 18th in the 1650 yard Freestyle with a time of 18:42.20 and 40th in the 500 yard Freestyle with a time of 5:15.89....At the Williams dual, placed 2nd in the 1000 yard Freestyle and 3rd in the 500 yard Freestyle....Concluded her season with a first place finish in the 500 yard Freestyle with a season-best time of 5:10.77 and a second place in the 1000 yard Freestyle.
AS A FRESHMAN (2014-2015): Came in fourteenth place in the 200 yd. freestyle (2:06.79) at the New England Catholic Invitational…dropped 5 seconds and came in forty-third in the 200 yd. freestyle(2:01.59) at the Terrier Invitational…came in twenty-first in the 500 yd. freestyle (5:09.66) at the Terrier Invitational…competed at the ACC Championships as a freshman.
BEFORE BC: State and sectional qualifier…Varsity lettered all four years…Team captain senior year and undefeated all of high school…5K Open Water National Qualifier in 2012…school record holder in the 500 at Hold Child…Scholar-Athlete and member of the National Honor Society.
PERSONAL: Daughter of James (BC class of ’79) and Marcella Simone…has two siblings, Ariana and James…swims for Badger Swim Club…enrolled in the Carroll School of Management.
