Boston College is set to compete at the Virginia Challenge and the Sean Collier Invitational over Apr. 19-20
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – The Boston College Men's and Women's Track and Field teams are set to compete at the Virginia Challenge on Friday, Apr. 19, while also participating at the Sean Collier Invitational on Apr. 19-20.
Virginia Challenge
The Eagles will travel to Charlottesville, Va. to compete at the Virginia Challenge on Apr. 19 at Lannigan Field on the campus of the University of Virginia.
Boston College will have four girls competing at the meet on Friday night. Marie Bilo, Aoife Dunne, Lily Flynn, and Sarah Flynn will be in the Women's 1500m invitational, which will take place at 4:45 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. This is Boston College's first time in Charlottesville since April of 2019, when the Eagles competed at the Virginia Challenge.

Sean Collier Invitational
Boston College will continue its third weekend of the outdoor season as they travel down the road to Cambridge, Mass. to compete at the Sean Collier Invitational on Apr. 19-20 at Sherie and Don (1961) Morrison Track on the campus of MIT.
The Sean Collier Invitational will feature teams and athletes from all over the region, with the Eagles traveling 18 athletes to the meet. Boston College will have 13 athletes competing in the running events and five in the field events throughout the meet. The Eagles last competed at this invitational last spring, where they added six names to the school's All-Time Top-10 list across numerous events.
The first event on Friday night is set to begin at 6:15 p.m., with Aidan Brancaccio competing in the Men's Steeplechase. Thirteen other Eagles will compete over the span of four events throughout the night.
Boston College will wrap up the two-day meet on Saturday as they will compete in 14 events over the span of the day. The first events will be the Javelin and the Hammer Throw, which will start at 10:00 a.m. The Eagles will wrap up the meet with the 4x400m relay.
