Daughter of Timothy and Louise Flynn … Has two sisters, Anna and Sarah, and one brother, Thomas … Sister Anna ran Track/XC at BC from 2016-2021, and twin sister Sarah currently runs Track/XC for the Eagles … Father Timothy ran Track/XC at UMass Amherst … Played Soccer along with running both Cross Country and Track in High School … Ran the second fastest indoor 1,000 in New York history, and No. 6 in U.S. history … Anchored her team to the 2018 New Balance Outdoor Nationals title in the distance medley relay, and placed ninth in the 800 with a time of 2:09.74 … Joined her twin sister Sarah on the 4x1600 team that placed third at the 2019 NB Outdoor Nationals … Was a three-time captain of the track and field teams, and the soccer team … League soccer player of the year as a defender… and earned three all-selection honors … Earned multiple all-league, all-selection, all-state, and all-american honors in Track and field across various distances … National high school champion in the distance medley relay, state champion in the 1000m … Named Journal News indoor athlete of the year, Con Edison athlete of the week, and is a member of the New Rochelle hall of fame….
