Peattie's Season Finishes at NCAA East First Round

Finished 27th with place in the 1500m

LEXINGTON, Ky. – Colin Peattie of Boston College Men's Track & Field competed in the First Round of the 1500m at the NCAA East First Round, hosted at the University of Kentucky's Outdoor Track & Field, which rounded out action at the 2026.

Peattie was slated in the second of four heats in the 1500m. He would finish in eighth place with a time of 3:45.16.
Following the remaining heats, the Los Gatos, California native placed 27th overall, falling short of the quarterfinals by three spots.
He finishes his outdoor season with the fastest 1500m time of any athlete on the team, adding the fifth fastest 5000m time in program history.

Next Up: The Eagles look ahead to two events on Friday evening. Mateo Bianchi takes on the 3000m Steeplechase Quarterfinal at 5:40 p.m. EST, and Theodor Schucht competes in the 5000m Semifinal at 8:10 p.m. EST.
