Earned outstanding performance honors for wins in 100 and 200 Breaststroke against Loyola, competed in the ACC Championship meet in 200 Medley relay, 200 IM, 100 and 200 Breaststroke BEFORE BC
Attended Cheyenne Mountain High School and swam her freshmen and sophomore years...Qualified for and was a finalist in state in the 100 BR both years.... Seven-time Sectional qualifyer with Colorado Springs Swim Team in the 100 and 200 BR...Principal's Honor Roll all four years. Graduated Magna Cum Laude. PERSONAL
Valerie is from Colorado Springs, Colorado. She is the daughter of Brian and Tracey Crisp and has one brother. Robert (14) attends Cheyenne Mountain High School. While in Colorado Springs, Valerie swims with Colorado Springs Swim Team.
