Attended Parkland High School in Allentown, Pa...Two-year letterwinner at Parkland High School...In 2005-2006 she won districts in the 100 backstroke...At states her medley relay won where she swam the backstroke leg, and she also took fourth in the 100 back...All-American for her medley and 100 back....In 2006-07, team won districts for the eighth year in a row and placed third at states.

Kayla Posocco is from Orefield, Pennsylvania. Her parents names are Jim and Allison Posocco. She has two older sisters, Leah and Alissa, and one younger brother, Dominic. Leah (22) graduated from West Chester University and is now attending University of Virginia for graduate school. Alissa (20) attends West Chester University. Dominic (15) is a student at Parkland High School.
