Gavin Neil, a 6-foot-1 defensive lineman from Chicago, Ill, comes to The Heights as a top-30 prospect from the state of Illinois and a top-45 player nationally at his position (ESPN). As a senior at Marian Catholic High School, Neil racked up over 40 tackles, seven sacks, and two fumble recoveries en route to All-State, All-Conference and Player of the Year honors. Neil’s seven sacks were the best in his conference.
