2006 Season
Started 12 games at wide receiver; missed the Buffalo game due to injury...had 43 receptions for 491 yards and five touchdowns...recorded five catches for 66 yards and one touchdown reception of 27 yards against Central Michigan...had four catches for 29 yards in win over Clemson...registered six catches for 70 yards and two touchdown receptions (25 and 18 yards) against BYU...made two catches for 27 yards, including a 22 yard touchdown grab at North Carolina State...had two grabs for 22 yards against Maine...had 26 receiving yards on three catches in win over Virginia Tech...made three catches for 63 yards, including a season-high 48-yard reception at Florida State...caught six passes for 36 yards at Wake Forest...made one catch for six yards against Duke ...made four grabs for 76 yards, including a 34-yard touchdown reception against Maryland...had three catches for 19 yards at Miami...caught four passes for 50 yards against Navy in the Meineke Car Care Bowl. 2005 Season
Played in all 12 games...made 28 catches for 414 yards and a team-best five touchdown receptions; recorded the second-highest yards per catch (14.8) of any Eagle receiver with 15 or more catches... made three receptions for 75 yards, including one 31-yard touchdown catch on a 4th-and-9 situation late in the first quarter, against Army...made three catches for 31 yards against Ball State...caught three passes for 47 yards, including a 19-yard,, third-quarter touchdown reception, against Virginia...had six catches for a career-best 104 yards (and first 100-yard receiving game) against Wake Forest; hauled in a 38-yard touchdown pass in the fourth quarter to begin BC's come-from-behind win...had two receptions for 49 yards, including a 38-yard catch that set up a fourth-quarter touchdown, at North Carolina...caught a team-high four passes for 40 yards at Maryland...had four receptions for 45 yards and two touchdowns against Boise State in the MPC Computers Bowl; became just the second BC player all year to make two touchdown catches in a game (along with Chris Miller at Brigham Young).
2004 Season
Finished the season with 11 catches for 147 yards (13.4 yards per catch) and one touchdown...made the most memorable reception of the season - an acrobatic 30-yard touchdown catch with 54 seconds left in the game at Notre Dame Stadium that proved to be the game winner in a 24-23 victory over the Fighting Irish; also had a two-yard reception on the same decisive drive... made one catch for 20 yards at Ball State...made a five-yard reception against Penn State...registered one catch for nine yards against Connecticut...made a crucial 27-yard reception on a crucial third-and-12 situation at Wake Forest; the catch continued the team's first touchdown drive...had a season-high three catches for 39 yards at Pittsburgh...made a 10-yard, first-quarter reception against Rutgers.
2003 Season
Finished the season with seven catches for 135 yards (19.3 yards per catch) and one touchdown...made his first collegiate reception against Wake Forest... made one catch - a 37-yard touchdown grab - against Penn State...caught one pas for five yards at Connecticut...had two catches for 40 yards, including one 31-yard reception, against Ball State...made a 39-yard catch at Temple...had a 14-yard grab against Colorado State in the Diamond Walnut San Francisco Bowl.

Earned Boston Globe and Boston Herald All-Scholastic honors as a senior quarterback at Framingham High School; was the Boston Globe's 2000 Division II Player of the Year and the MetroWest Daily News' 2002 Player of the Year...was a two-time All-Bay State conference selection...a three-year starting quarterback for the Flyers, he scored four touchdowns in Framingham's first-ever Super Bowl appearance (vs. Acton-Boxboro, 2000)...played for Flyers' head coach Gary Doherty...was selected to play in the 2001 Massachusetts Shriners Football Classic; did not play because of baseball commitments...was a three-time MetroWest Daily News all-star and three-time All-Conference baseball selection...earned Boston Globe and Boston Herald All-Scholastic baseball honors...played in the 2001 Massachusetts vs. Connecticut All-Star game at Fenway Park.

Antonio Gonzalez Jr., born March 10, 1983...enrolled as a communication major in the College of Arts & Sciences...after graduating from Framingham High School, he played the 2001 season at Worcester (Mass.) Academy...enrolled at Boston College in January 2002...also a standout baseball player, he was selected by the Boston Red Sox in the 16th round of the 2001 Major League Baseball draft...Tony and his seven sisters are the children of Darlene and the late Antonio Gonzalez Sr.
