BC closes out the semester with a home-and-home series against UMass Lowell
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – The No. 15/14 Boston College men's hockey team closes out the first semester with a home-and-home series against UMass Lowell this weekend. The two teams play at the Tsongas Center on Friday at 7:15 p.m. before closing out the season series on Saturday at 7:00 p.m. at Kelley Rink. Both games will be available to watch on ESPN+. Friday's game will be available to listen on WEEI 850 AM, while Saturday's game can be heard on WEEI 93.7 FM.
SETTING THE SCENE
• The Eagles improved to 8-5-1 overall after a non-conference win over Notre Dame and are 5-3-0 in Hockey East
• The River Hawks are 6-8-0 overall and 3-3-0 in league play and are coming off a 1-1-0 weekend in non-conference action
• BC stayed at No. 15 in the USCHO.com poll and moved up to No. 14 in the USA Hockey poll
NON-CONFERENCE WIN
• The Eagles bounced back with a 5-3 win over Notre Dame on Black Friday
• James Hagens scored his first collegiate hat trick
• Dean Letourneau finished with a career high three points on one goal and two assists
• Will Skahan scored his first goal of the season
• Louka Cloutier made 20 saves, including 10 in the third period
THE EAGLES
• J. Hagens has a team-high 16 points and nine goals
• Letourneau is second in points with 14, while Jake Sondreal is third with 13
• Luka Radivojevic, Letourneau, and Sondreal each have eight assists
• Ryan Conmy, Teddy Stiga, and Will Vote are also in double digits for points with 10 each

• Cloutier was named the Hockey East Pro Ambitions Rookie of the Month for November, after boasting a 6-1-0 record, a 1.88 goals against average, and a .927 save percentage
EAGLES AT WORLD JUNIORS
• Three Eagles were named to preliminary rosters for the 2026 IIHF World Junior Championship
• J. Hagens and Stiga were selected to the initial U.S. roster, after having both played on the team last year
• Radivojevic was picked for the Slovakia preliminary roster and is aiming to play in his third World Junior Championship
A LOOK AT UMASS LOWELL
• The River Hawks played at the Adirondack Winter Invitational in Lake Placid over Thanksgiving weekend
• UMass Lowell fell to Clarkson, 2-0, before bouncing back the following day with a 7-3 victory over St. Lawrence
• The River Hawks last played league games on Nov. 7-8, splitting a weekend series against New Hampshire
• Dalyn Wakely has a team-high 12 points and seven assists
• Jay Ahearn boasts a team leading six goals
• Austin Elliott has played the majority of minutes between the pipes, appearing in 11 of the 14 games. He currently has a .905 save percentage a 2.50 goals against average
