No. 18 Eagles Return to League Play at Home Against Vermont

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – 18th-ranked Boston College returns to Hockey East play with a two-game series against Vermont at Kelley Rink on Friday at 7 p.m. and Saturday at 5 p.m. Both games will air on ESPN+ and Saturday's game will be televised on NESN+. For tickets, call (617) 552-GoBC or visit BCEagles.com.
SETTING THE SCENE
• The Eagles are 5-1-2 in their last eight games and have just two regulation losses in their last 12 games dating back to Nov. 11
• Following an overtime win over Sacred Heart last weekend, BC moved up in the national rankings to No. 18 in both the USA Today/USA Hockey Magazine and USCHO.com polls
• UVM enters the weekend at 7-13-2 overall with a three-game winless streak after falling 4-0 to AIC at Gutterson Fieldhouse last Saturday

• Senior captain Marshall Warren fired a shot low glove side a minute into overtime to lift No. 19 Boston College past Sacred Heart 3-2 on the opening night of the Pioneers' new Martire Family Arena last Saturday in the first all-time meeting in series history
