Sophomore goalkeeper Rachel Hall stood strong in net, racking up 11 saves for her second straight game with double-digit stops. Following the victory, Hall ranks first in the ACC in saves per game, averaging 11.67Â per contest.
Boston College has never fallen to the Trojans in the short series, holding a 5-0 record dating back to 2014. Last season, the Eagles took the win in Newton with a 12-9 win over the then-No. 24 Trojans. Sam Apuzzo led all scorers with six goals while Kenzie Kent added six assists en route to BC's second win over a ranked opponent that season.
The Eagles return home to host Brown on Tuesday, with first draw set for 3:00 PM in Newton. The matchup will be broadcast on the ACC Network Extra.
