Eagles Compete at Multi Team Meet

MTF Has Strong Performance at Boston University
CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – The BC men's track and field team continued its indoor season on Saturday afternoon in the Multi Team Meet at Boston University.
On the track, Richard Webber earned fourth place finishes in the 60M (7.01) and 200M (22.39).
In the 400M run, two Eagles placed top four. Marcus Manson finished third with a time of 49.20, while Khalfani Green finished fourth with a time of 50.11.
Three Eagles placed in the top seven of the 1000M. Erik Linden placed fifth (2:27.99), Colin Trigani placed sixth (2:28.80), and Andrew Willis placed seventh (2:28.88).
In the 800M, BC had four of the top five finishers. Matthew Morano won the race with a time of 1:51.23. Russell Wells finished second (1:51.67), Ben Davies finished fourth (1:53.96), and Michael Hains finished fifth (1:55.34).
In the 5000M finals, two of the top three finishers were Eagles. Alexander Horgan took second with a time of 15:21.72, while Sawyer Maher took third with a time of 15:23.88.
In the field, Avery Mckenzie won the triple jump with a distance of 14.64 meters.
The 4x400 relay team of Marcus Manson, Michael Saxon, Stephen Windisch, and Khalfani Green took first with a time of 3:19.26.
The Eagles are back in action next Saturday (Jan. 25), at the John Thomas Terrier Classic at Boston University.
