AS A FRESHMAN (2018-19)
CROSS COUNTRY: Ran a PR at the Nassaney Invitational with a time of 26:42.5… placed fifth at the NEICAAA Cross Country Championship… ran a PR of 25:49.8 in the 8K at the ACC Championships… ran a PR in the 10K with a time of 35:45.5 at the NCAA Division I Northeast Region Cross Country Championships.
INDOOR: Ran a PR in the mile at a time of 4:38.36 at the 2019 Beantown Challenge. Placed second while running a PR in the 5000m at a time of 15:21.72 at the Boston University Multi-Team Meet. Set a PR in the 3000m with a time of 8:35.50 at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational.
OUTDOOR: Ran a PR at the North Florida Spring Break Invitational with a time of 3:59.76 in the 1500m. Placed seventh in the 4x1500m at the Raleigh Relays.
BEFORE BC
First-Team All-State Cross Country Team in 2017 and 2018 ... third at 2017 DIAA Division II State Cross Country Championships ... placed fourth at the event in 2016 ... holds the school record in the 1600m, mile, 3000m, 3200m and distance medley relay
