The Boston College women's basketball team will travel to Pittsburgh to play the Panthers on Thursday in the Eagles second ACC game of the season. Fans can watch the game on NESN Plus at 7 p.m.

BC (8-6, 1-0) is coming off a home victory over Clemson on Monday night, 60-48. Pittsburgh is 0-1 in the conference after dropping a home game to Miami, 82-50.

- This is the 44^th meeting between BC and Pittsburgh.
- The Eagles lead the overall series, 26-17.
- The first meeting between the two teams took place on Jan. 31, 1983. BC lost the first four games vs. Pittsburgh. The Eagles broke the streak with a 69-57 victory on Jan. 9, 1986. They won the next eight games.
- Last year BC defeated Pittsburgh, 54-43, at home. The last time BC defeated the Panthers on the road was on Feb. 22, 2003.

- Freshman Georgia Pineau, who was named the ACC Rookie of the Week on Tuesday, has led the team in scoring in twice and five times in rebounding.
- Sophomore center Mariella Fasoula has led the team in scoring eight times. She notched her second career double-double vs. Clemson (19, 10) and had three assists. Fasoula has already passed her personal record for assists in a single season as she currently has 32.
