AS A SOPHOMORE (2018-19)
INDOOR: Ran a PR in the 500m with a time of 1:08.72 at the 2019 Beantown Challenge. Placed second in the 4x400m at the Boston University Multi-team Meet.
OUTDOOR: Ran a PR of 54.91 in the 400 hurdles while placing sixth and ninth at the Raleigh Relays in the 4x200m and the 1600 sprint medley relay, respectively. Placed second in the 4x400m while placing fourth in the 400 hurdles at the Ocean State Invitational. Finished tenth in the 400 hurdles at the ACC Championships.
AS A FRESHMAN (2017-18)
Indoor: Ran the 400m (51.25) and 4x400m relay (3:24.02) at the Boston University Season Opener ... ran a personal-best 400m at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational, finishing in 49.71 ... ran the 400m, 4x400m and distance medley relay at the ACC Indoor Championship
Outdoor: Placed eighth in both the 400H (55.55) and 4x400m relay (3:27.94) at the UNF Spring Break Invitational ... raced with the 4x400 relay team that placed first at the Ocean State Invitational with a time of 3:20.64 ... ran a personal-best 400H in 55.17 at the Georgia Tech Invitational ... competed in the 400m (50.11) and 4x400 relay (3:20.46) at the ACC Outdoor Championships
BEFORE BC
Placed first in the county in the 110 and 300 meter hurdles in 2016-17 … finished first in the North Coast Sectionals in the 300 meter hurdles and third in the 110 meter hurdles in 2016 ... recorded personal bests in the 110 meter hurdles (15:39), 300 meter hurdles (39.87) and 400 meter hurdles (56.80) … two-time Marin County Athlete of the week … team captain … MVP for varsity boys track sophomore through senior year.
