Pett breaks school record in the 800m
BOSTON, Mass – The Boston College Men's Track & Field team competed in the Saucony Battle for Boston at the BU Track and Tennis Center Sunday evening. The meet was the final one before the ACC Indoor Championships.

- Owen Pett opened with a school record run in the 800m, recording a time of 1:49.02. That time ranks 10th in the ACC, respectively.
- Colin Peattie and Theodor Schucht both improved on their mile times. Peattie ran a 3:58.76, moving him up to second on the all-time list, while Schucht ran a 4:00.18 for a top 20 finish
- Jack Higgins (4:05.57), Patrick Donnelly (4:07.78), Roman Sierpina (4:08.73), Tommy Flynn (4:08.94) and Sean Fleming (4:10.81) also competed in the mile and set personal bests.
