Five Eagles set personal bests at BU Track & Tennis Center
BOSTON, Mass – Boston College Men's Track & Field was competitive in its first race at the BU Track & Tennis Center of the calendar year, as five Eagles set personal bests at the Bruce Lehane Scarlet & White Invitational at BU Saturday.

- Led by Colin Peattie, Owen Pett, Jack Higgins, and Mateo Bianchi, Boston College opened the meet with a first-place finish in the men's DMR. The relay team finished in 9:45.20, placing sixth in the all-time record book and third in all of the NCAA.
- Building on their momentum, Sean Fleming recorded a new personal best in the mile, finishing in 4:14.87 for a top-35 finish. Roman Sierpina also made his debut in the mile, running a 4:20.97 for a top-50 finish.
- Owen Pett broke his personal best in the 500m for the second consecutive week. He clocked a 1:04.70 to take sixth place, a result that ties him for ninth in program history.
- Peattie set an indoor personal best in the 800m, finishing at 1:51.62 for ninth place to lead all Eagles. Higgins also achieved a personal best, crossing the line at 1:55.61 for 26th place.
