BC Set to Play in Maridoe Collegiate

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. -- The Boston College men's golf team heads to Carrolton, Texas for the Maridoe Intercollegiate. The two-day, 54-hole tournament begins with a shotgun start at 8 a.m. local time (9 a.m. ET).

Boston College will begin on holes 11-14, playing along with Louisiana Monroe and Louisiana Tech.

The tournament is hosted by North Texas and it will be contested at Maridoe Golf Club. Surrounding a beautiful lake, the Maridoe G.C. course is a true representation of the landscape native to Texas.

The course leads members on a journey through soft, billowing grasses, lower forested areas, across the prairie and always back to the lake that anchors Maridoe. The journey is not only meant to engage the senses; it encompasses strategic shot values to create an exhilarating and stimulating golf experience.
