CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - The Boston College Eagles prepare to take on the No. 15 Northeastern Huskies for a home-and-home series.
Friday's game is scheduled for 2 p.m. with Sunday's game scheduled for 2 p.m. both games will be streamed live on ESPN+.

WHAT TO WATCH FOR
- Boston College sits in third place in the Hockey East standings. Through 21 conference games, the Eagles have 39 points. Only nine points separate first through fourth in the standings.
- The Eagles and the Huskies have faced off twice this year already. The two sides met back in November at Matthews Arena with the Eagles taking home a 3-0 victory. In the first round of the Beanpot, the two sides squared off with Northeastern taking home a 4-2 victory.
- Sammy Taber leads Hockey East in points in conference games with 24, while Julia Pellerin is tied for second with 23 points.
A WIN WOULD . . .
- Boston College would improve to 18-10-1 overall and 14-7-1 in the league.
- Improve BC to 31-5-5 in the all-time series against Vermont.
SCOUTING NORTHEASTERN
- Northeastern holds a record of 18-11-2 and a league record of 13-9-1.
- The Huskies have scored 69 times this year, averaging 2.3 goals a game, while they have let their opponents score 51 times, averaging 1.7 goals per game.

- Skylar Irving leads Northeastern in points with 25 she also leads the team in goal with 11.
- Lisa Jönsson has spent the most time between the pipes for Northeastern. Jönsson holds a goals-allowed average of 1.25 and a save percentage of .950. Jönsson was announced as a Goalie of the Year semifinalist.
- Northeastern is ranked third in the country on the penalty kill, with a 90.1 percentage.
- The Huskies are ranked fifth in the country in shutouts with eight, they also lead Hockey East.
HOCKEY EAST IMPLICATIONS
- The first round of the Hockey East Tournament begins on Wednesday, Feb. 26 with the opening round.
- Both UConn and Boston University have clinched home ice through the Quarterfinals.
- Only two points separate third place and fifth place.
- The Eagles are currently in third place in the Hockey East Standing, they face Northeastern who is in fourth place for a home-and-home series this weekend.
HOCKEY HUMANITARIAN AWARD
- The senior Keri Clougherty was named one of the five finalists for the Hockey Humanitarian Award on Wednesday.
- Clougherty becomes the third Eagle ever to become a finalist for this honor. She is joined by Sarah Carlson '05 and Brooks Dyroff '13 from the men's team.
- This year Keri has led the team to 461 hours of community service, last year the team surpassed 750 hours, due to Keri's leadership.
- The winner of the Hockey Humanitarian Award will be announced during the men's Frozen Four.
