Softball Battle of Comm Ave Takes Place at BU

Eagles head to BU for a midweek match-up

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass.-- The Boston College softball program travels up Commonwealth Avenue to Boston University on Tuesday at 3:00 p.m. to kick off the last week of regular season play. Before the Eagles return home for a three game series against Louisville this weekend.

Boston College and BU have met 46 times on the diamond with the Terriers leading the series 26-20. The Eagles are searching for its first win since 2018 against Boston University.

The Eagles are coming off of a series victory at Notre Dame. BC took the series against the Fighting Irish last weekend 2-1. Defeating ND 10-9 on Saturday, and 6-3 on Sunday. Makenna Segal led the way against the Irish with four hits, two runs, two home runs, and five RBI.
