
Lacrosse Faces No. 6 Denver in Neutral-Site Showdown

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - No. 4 Boston College continues its gauntlet of a schedule when it faces its third top-10 opponent on the road on Sunday against No. 6 Denver at Rock Lacrosse Field at Jacksonville University.Â

Jenn Medjid registered her second straight game with five goals and added two assists for a game-high seven points. Mckenna Davis totaled two points and a game-best four assists for six points. A total of five Eagles scored twice including a season high by Courtney Weeks. Kayla Martello, Belle Smith and Cassidy Weeks also tallied a pair of goals. Shea Dolce made her first-career start between the posts, tallying a personal-high nine saves and .474 save percentage. The Darien, Conn. native is the first freshman goalkeeper in 2016 to start. Fellow freshman teammate Abbey Herod totaled a team-high seven draw controls with Andrea Reynolds tallying six.Â
