QP POURS IN CAREER-HIGH 31 VS. FAIRFIELD
- Quinten Post poured in a career-high 31 points in Boston College's season opening win over Fairfield.
- Post was 11-of-14 from the floor, including 5-of-6 from 3FG, and 4-of-5 from the FT line.
- The 7-footer added 11 rebounds and a career-high four blocked shots in 29 minutes of play.
- He is the first Boston College player since Ky Bowman (37 vs. FSU; Jan. 20, 2019) to score at least 30 points in a game.

A HELPING HAND FOR 2023-24
- Boston College welcomes Donald Hand Jr. back to the active roster after missing much of the 2022-23 season due to injury.
- In the season opener against Fairfield, Hand saw 18 minutes of play, scoring nine points on 3-of-7 shooting from 3-point land.
- He added four rebounds, two assists, and a steal in his first game action in nearly a year.
- Last year, Hand Jr. tore his ACL after :37 of play in the first half vs. Detroit Mercy - game two of the season - on Nov. 11, 2022.
- After successful surgery on Nov. 30, 2022, the 6-5 guard relentlessly attacked his rehabilitation.
- Despite being fully cleared for action during this past summer, Hand did not play in the Eagles' three-game European tour.
CAN'T KNOCK THE HUSTLE
- Boston College was 7-1 in 2022-23 and 9-2 since Feb. 21, 2022 when Jaeden Zackery scored at least 15 points in a game.
- Against Louisville in the ACC Tournament, Zackery tallied 15 points to go with a career-high eight assists.
- Zackery scored 13 of his 18 points in the first half in a win at Wake Forest on Feb. 28.
- On Jan. 25, Zackery scored 14 of his 15 points in the second half (5-8 FG; 3-3 3FG) in a win over Louisville.
- Zackery scored 14 of his season-high and game-high 18 points in the second half in the win over Notre Dame on Jan. 3.
- The playmaking guard led BC with 16 points vs. Wyoming at the Paradise Jam in the U.S. Virgin Islands on Nov. 21, 2022.
- When Zackery went to the free throw line at least five times, Boston College was 7-2 in 2022-23 and is 9-3 all-time.
- Zackery registered two games with at least 11 points, seven assists, and four steals during the 2022-23 season.

MADSEN WITH CONSISTENT CONTRIBUTIONS OFF BENCH
- In the season opener, Mason Madsen came off the bench to tally nine points, six boards, and two assists against Fairfield.
- Madsen connected on 3-of-5 from beyond the arc, helping BC to shoot nearly 41% from the perimeter (11-27) for the game.
- Over the last 14 games in 2022-23, Mason Madsen averaged 6.6 points, while making better than 36% of his 3-point attempts.
- Dating back to last season, Madsen has connected on 24 of his last 63 3-point attempts (38.1%).
- One of the most consistent guards for BC, Madsen committed 13 turnovers over his last 23 games/439 minutes played.
- He led BC in 3-pointers made last season, connecting on 40 shots from beyond the arc.
McGLOCKTON SEEKING TO STUFF STAT SHEET AS A SOPHOMORE
- As a redshirt freshman, Devin McGlockton led BC in at least one statistical category - scoring (1), rebounding (7), assists (2), steals (3), blocked shots (11) - in 16 of his 33 games played.
- For his career, BC is 12-4 when he blocks at least one shot, 7-0 when he blocks at least two, and 9-4 when he plays 20+ min.
- The 6-7 forward scored in double figures on nine occasions. and logged one double-double (20p/11r) at Nebraska.
- He entered the starting lineup on Jan. 31 vs. #22/23 Clemson and averaged 7.0 points in 22 minutes as a starter.
- On Feb. 18 at Florida State, he tallied 16 points (10-10 FT), seven boards, and two blocked shots in 26 minutes in the win.
- On Dec. 21, McGlockton scored 13 of his 18 points in the second half to help BC beat #20/21 Virginia Tech.
- In a win vs. Wyoming on Nov. 21, 2022, he had 12 points (5-8 FG; 2-3 3FG), four rebounds, an assist, a steal, and three blocks.
- Against Rhode Island on Nov. 27, 2022, McGlockton scored the evental go-ahead basket with 1:07 remaining in the game.
PRINCE-IPAL
- Prince Aligbe returns for his second season, looking to build upon a promising rookie campaign.
- Aligbe started 24 of the 27 games in which he appeared, missing seven games in November due to a high ankle sprain.
- He consistently made big contributions in his first collegiate season, especially in the second half of several big wins.
- Aligbe made an immediate impact in his first collegiate game, connecting on the gamewinner in the opener vs. Cornell.
- The 6-7 four-star forward from Minneapolis scored 12 of his 16 points in the second half, including eight in the final 4:00 of play.
- Aligbe narrowly missed a double-double vs. the Big Red, grabbing a season-high nine rebounds.
- BC was 8-2 in the 10 games where Aligbe pulled down at least six rebounds, including a 7-2 record in ACC contests.
- The Minneapolis product scored eight of his 10 points in the second half of the home win over #22/23 Clemson on Jan. 31.
- He scored 10 of his 15 points in the second half vs. ND on Jan. 3, including a jumper with 2:32 left, making it 61-60.
- When Aligbe reached double figures, Boston College was 5-2 in 2022-23.
CK3
- Chas Kelley III is poised to take on an increased role as a playmaker and scorer for the Eagles in 2022-23.
- The 6-3 guard averaged over 16 minutes of play per game over the final 12 games of the 2023-24 season.
- Over that 12-game span, Kelley posted an assist/turnover ratio of 1.54:1 and connected on nearly 38% from the perimeter.
- Included in those 12 games was Kelley's best game of the season - a 17-point outburst at Virginia Tech on Feb. 8.
- Filling in for the injured Jaeden Zackery, Kelley made 5-of-8 shots (4-7 3FG) and dished out four assists in 31 minutes of play.
- Entering the VT game, he had scored 12 total points with only two made 3-pointers in 10 previous ACC contests.
- For his efforts in that win, the Houston product was named ACC Rookie of the Week on Feb. 13.
- It was the first time a BC player has earned ACC Rookie of the Week honors since Dec. 17, 2018 (Wynston Tabbs). Â
- It marked the first time a BC player earned ACC Rookie of the Week during conference play since Jan. 2, 2017 (Ky Bowman).
HARRIS HEADS TO THE HEIGHTS
- Boston College welcomes Claudell Harris Jr. as a transfer from Charleston Southern.
- Nicknamed "MJ," Harris will have two seasons of eligibility with the Eagles beginning in 2023-24.
- Harris shined for CSU for two seasons, earning All-Big South second team honors as a sophomore a season ago.
- The 6-3 guard averaged 17.5 points per game last year - the second-best scoring mark in the Big South.
- Harris scored in double figures in 28 of 30 games for the Buccaneers in 2022-23 - including two consecutive 30-point games. Â
- He scored at least 20 points on 14 occasions and also connected on three or more 3-pointers in 14 of CSU's 30 contests. Harris spent two seasons at Charleston Southern and was named to the 2021-22 Big South All-Freshman Team, averaging 10.3 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 2.0 assists in 31 games played (14 starts) in his first collegiate season.
