BC will make the short trip to Northeastern to face the Huskies.
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – The Boston College women's soccer team will make the short trip to Northeastern on Sunday afternoon for a 1 p.m. game against the Huskies at Parsons Field.
This will mark the 18th all-time meeting between the two Massachusetts squads and just the fifth road game for BC in the series.
The game will be streamed live on FloSports.

• Boston College opened up the 2022 season on Thursday night with a 2-0 win over Villanova at the Newton Campus Soccer Field.
• In the 58th minute, Emily Sapienza scored her first goal as an Eagle off of the first collegiate point and assist from Riley Kerber.
• Claire Mensi earned and converted a penalty kick in the 80th minute.
• Wiebke Willebrandt made two saves for her first shutout of the season … it is the third shutout of her career … this is the second consecutive season opener that Willebrandt has posted a shutout.

• After 46 years of intercollegiate play, the Eagles held an all-time record of 472-287-61 and have earned 19 bids to the NCAA tournament.

• The 2022 Boston College women's soccer roster features 13 players who weren't on the 2021 roster, including nine freshmen.
• Claire Mensi and Alycia Morin come to the Heights as graduate transfers, with Mensi playing four years at Bucknell and Morin three years at Bishop's University (Quebec).
• The Eagles also had two players join the roster in January in junior Emily Sapienza, a transfer from Rutgers, and sophomore Jordan Teguis, a mid-year addition from the club team.
• Additionally, the Eagles have welcomed a new assistant coach in Dirk Vandeveer.
