
Eagles Set to Face No. 10 Providence in Home-and-Home Series

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – Boston College begins a home-and-home Hockey East series with No. 10 Providence on Friday night at Kelley Rink at 7 p.m. The series concludes on Saturday night at Schneider Arena at 7 p.m. Both games will air live on ESPN+ and WEEI 850 AM.Â
HOLIDAY TOY DRIVE
• Boston College will host its annual Toy Drive over the next two Fridays against Providence and Boston University
• Fans are encouraged to bring a new, unopened toy to place in marked bins around the concourse of Kelley Rink
SETTING THE SCENE
• The Eagles defeated Brown 4-2 on Tuesday in Providence to even their overall record at 5-5-2, and they enter the weekend seventh in the league standings at 4-3-1
• Providence (9-3-3, 6-0-3 HEA) has yet to lose in Hockey East play, but the Friars fell to Brown by a 3-2 final in the Mayor's Cup last Saturday night at Schneider Arena
