Eagles Coast Past Endicott 5-1 in Home Finale

10 different players had at least one point as the Eagles improved to 4-6-4 heading into their final game of the ACC regular season in Syracuse on Friday night.
Sigurdarson extended his career-high with his 10th, 11th and 12th goals of the season, moving into a tie with Brian Siracusa for third all-time on the program's single season goals list. His 28 career goals are tied with Charlie Rugg for sixth in program history.
The Icelandic striker broke the deadlock with the Gulls near the end of the first half, running onto a long ball from rookie Christian Bejar before poking a shot past Kyle Rosa with his left foot in the 38th minute.
Boston College pulled away early in the second half with three goals in less than six minutes. In the first minute after halftime, Shapiro-Thompson sent a ball across the box intended for Sigurdarson and it bounced into the net off the left post.
Sigurdarson added his second of the night in the 50th minute when he headed a short cross from Augustine Boadi on the edge of the 6-yard box. Less than 90 seconds later, Ted Cargill took a pass from Adrian Zenko on the edge of the 18-yard box and looped a shot into the top left corner.
An own goal in the 53rd minute put Endicott (11-4-4) on the board, but Sigurdarson capped off his hat trick in the 70th with assists from Tyshawn Rose and Camilo Ponce.
Leon Musial posted the win in net without having to make a save, while Thomas Jordan made his NCAA debut by playing the final 7:22.
BC finished with a 12-0 edge in shots on goal.
The Eagles take on No. 4 Syracuse this Friday night at 7 p.m. on ACCNX to close the regular season.
