Boston College Continues Play in Sunshine Slam; Takes on Utah on Saturday

BOSTON COLLEGE VS. UTAH - ALL-TIME SERIES
- Today's game marks the fourth meeting between the two schools.
- Boston College is 1-2 all-time vs. Utah, dating back to 1966-67.
- The last meeting came in the first round of the 2004 NCAA Tourney.
- Led by 19 points and eight boards from Craig Smith, the Eagles outdualed the Utes, 58-51. Andrew Bogut led Utah with 16 points.
- BC lost to Utah, 117-93, in the semifinals of the 1974 NIT at Madison Square Garden. Bob Carrington had 33 points for the Eagles.
- The first meeting came also came in an in-season tournament - the 1966 Sugar Bowl Classic in New Orleans.
