AS A SENIOR (2022-23):
PRIOR TO BOSTON COLLEGE:
- Named the 2022-23 ACC Most Improved Player, garnering 23 of the 75 total votes among 11 different players
- Also earned All-ACC Honorable Mention accolades - the fourth Eagle to earn such honors
- Led BC in scoring, at 15.1 points per game
- Was the only player in Division I to post a shooting line of better than 50/40/80; 53.9% FG, 42.6% 3FG, 86.0% FT (min. 10.0 ppg)
- Earned the start in 13 of 19 games played; missed the first 13 contests of the season due to injury (foot)
- Scored in double figures in 15 of 19 games; had six games with at least 20 points
- Made two or more 3-pointers on seven occasions
- Registered career-highs in scoring (29) and rebounding (14) in a win at Notre Dame

PRIOR TO BOSTON COLLEGE:
- The 7-0, 240 lb. forward will have three years of eligibility remaining after transferring from Mississippi State.
- Played the previous two seasons (39 games) with the Bulldogs, helping MSU advance to the title game of the 2021 NIT
- During the 2020-21 campaign, the versatile post player averaged 2.8 points and 2.1 rebounds in close to nine minutes of play per game.
- An inside-outside threat, 10 of Post’s 34 made field goals came from beyond the arc.
- He also logged 15 blocked shots in 270 total minutes played, serving as a key reserve
- Represented his native Netherlands at the FIBA European U20 Championships in Portugal in July 2019.
- Averaged 7.4 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 1.4 assists per game as the Dutch squad went 4-1 in pool play en route to a sixth place finish.
- Logged a double-double - 11 points and 10 boards - to go with five assists against Estonia before an 18-point performance versus Sweden.
- Won the 2017-18 Dutch National U18 Championship, playing as a starter and totaling eight points and seven rebounds for BC Apollo in the title game versus Landstede Zwolle
- Played for the Amsterdam club team BC Apollo during his high school years
- Also starred for the Alba Berlin Youth Club in Germany, averaging 15.8 points and 6.8 boards in 2018-19.
- Was named to the SEC’s First-Year Academic Honor Roll for his success in the classroom
