Eagles at Georgia Tech on Sunday

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – Boston College will open up a three-game Atlantic Coast Conference road swing on Sunday. The Eagles will travel to Atlanta to play Georgia Tech (14-3, 5-1 ACC) at McCamish Pavilion (2 p.m.). Fans can watch the game on the ACC Network.

The Eagles (9-8, 2-4 ACC) are coming off an 81-70 loss at home to No. 4/5 Louisville. Sophomore Makayla Dickens hit six three-pointers on his way to a team-high 20 points. Senior Emma Guy contributed with 19 points and seven rebounds.

Georgia Tech enters the game after defeating Syracuse on the road, 82-64, in the Carrier Dome. Five starters scored in double-figures for the Yellow Jackets.

- In the overall series, BC is 5-13 against Georgia Tech.
- The first meeting between Boston College and Georgia Tech took place on Dec. 28, 1991 with the Eagles losing, 97-61, at a neutral sight.

- Boston College is second in the ACC in assists per game at 15.71. Louisville leads the ACC at 16.11.
- Senior Emma Guy is third in the ACC in field goal percentage (58.8). In the last five games, Guy is averaging 12.5 points and 6.1 rebounds a game. She has tallied double-figures in points in the last six games.
- BC has two players in the top 15 in assists per game in the ACC. Marnelle Garraud is eighth (67 assists, 3.94 a game) and Makayla Dickens is 12^th (61 assists, 3.59 a game).
- Marnelle Garraud leads the ACC in steals with 43. Last season as a freshman, Garraud had 49 thefts in the season.
- Redshirt sophomore Cameron Swartz returns home to Georgia with this trip. The Eagles guard is averaging a team-high 12.8 points per game.
