- BC is 44-54-17 overall in ACC play. Boston College is 2-3 in conference openers in the last five seasons.
- The Eagles first ACC win took place in 2006 in a 2-1 overtime victory over Virginia Tech. Sherron Manswell scored in sudden death overtime September 8, 2006 in Newton, Mass.
- Boston College finished first in the regular season in 2007 with a 7-1-0 record.
- The Eagles won the 2007 ACC Championship with a 2-1 win over Wake Forest in the final in Cary, North Carolina.
- In 2006, Charlie Davies was named the ACC Offensive Player of the Year. The following season Alejandro Bedoya won the award.
- HC Ed Kelly won the 2007 ACC Coach of the Year.
- BC has had 14 players named to the All-Freshman team, most recently Kristofer Konradsson in 2018. The Eagles have had 24 All-ACC selections, including Simon Enstrom in 2017. He made the second All-ACC team

- Four Eagles will serve as the BC captains this season - seniors Joe Kellett, Heidar Aegisson, Adam French and junior David Longo. Aegisson is the only two-time captain as he served as a team leader in 2018.
- Boston College is starting five freshmen and two sophomores this season. Three of the rookies -Amos Shapiro-Thompson, Stefan Sigurdarson and Mike Suski - are leading the team offensively. Shapiro-Thompson has three goals for six points, Sigurdarson had one goal and two assists for four points and Suski has a goal and assist for three points.
- Sophomore Jesus Sahagun scored the game-winner vs. Holy Cross. It was his first career goal.​​​​​
- Kristofer Konradsson, a sophomore, scored the game-winner at BU.
- The other two starters are defender Victor Souza and goalkeeper Giacomo Piccardo. They both have played every minute of every game this season.
- Boston College is averaging 16.0 shots per game while holding opponents to 8.0.
- Â In four games, BC has scored four goals in the first 20 minutes of the game. The fastest goal this season was Kristofer Konradsson's goal in the fourth minute in the win at Boston University.

- The 4-0 start marks the best start for the program in a four game span since 2014 when the Eagles went 3-0-1. The 2010 team went 4-0-2 to start the season, while the 1993 team went 7-1-1.
