Boston College Men's Track and Field Competed at Boston University on Saturday

BOSTON, Mass. – The Boston College men's track and field team was back in action on Saturday afternoon, competing in the David Hemery Valentine Invitational hosted by Boston University.

On the track, two Eagles placed top 50 in the 400M. Marcus Manson finished 25^th with a time of 48.95. His teammate Stephen Windisch placed 40^th with a time of 49.34.

Matthew Morano placed 16^th in the 800M with a time of 1:51.45. Fellow Eagles Russell Wells placed 35^th with a time of 1:53.07.

In the 1000M, Ben Davies finished 12^th place with a time of 2:27.91, while Andrew Willis finished 25^th with a time of 2:28.85.

Ian Ritchie placed 37^th in the mile, crossing the line with a time of 4:06.56, while Sean Burke placed 18th in the 3000M with a time of 8:10.36.

In the field, Michael Oduro placed top 20 in two events. Oduro finished 15^th in the long jump (6.52M) and 20^th in the triple jump (13.76M).

The entire team has an off week before competing at the ACC Indoor Championships Thursday, Feb. 21 through Saturday, Feb. 23.
