Boston College Men's Track and Field Competed at Boston University on Saturday
BOSTON, Mass. – The Boston College men's track and field team was back in action on Saturday afternoon, competing in the David Hemery Valentine Invitational hosted by Boston University.

On the track, two Eagles placed top 50 in the 400M. Marcus Manson finished 25th with a time of 48.95. His teammate Stephen Windisch placed 40th with a time of 49.34.

Matthew Morano placed 16th in the 800M with a time of 1:51.45. Fellow Eagles Russell Wells placed 35th with a time of 1:53.07.

In the 1000M, Ben Davies finished 12th place with a time of 2:27.91, while Andrew Willis finished 25th with a time of 2:28.85.

Ian Ritchie placed 37th in the mile, crossing the line with a time of 4:06.56, while Sean Burke placed 18th in the 3000M with a time of 8:10.36.

In the field, Michael Oduro placed top 20 in two events. Oduro finished 15th in the long jump (6.52M) and 20th in the triple jump (13.76M).

The entire team has an off week before competing at the ACC Indoor Championships Thursday, Feb. 21 through Saturday, Feb. 23. Â
