- This will be the first game between BC and Delaware State.
- Boston College improved to 6-5 with an 88-57 win over Boston University on Sunday afternoon. Sophomore Taylor Soule led BC with 15 points, seven rebounds, three assists and three steals. Sophomore guard Marnelle Garraud added 15 points with four steals.
- Boston College is averaging 77.2 points and 41.4 rebounds a game.
- The Eagles have won the battle of the boards in eight of 11 games.
- Three players on the roster are averaging in double-figures in scoring - Cameron Swartz (12.4 ppg.), Taylor Soule (12.1 ppg.) and Emma Guy (10.7 ppg.). Three players –Marnelle Garraud, Makayla Dickens and Milan Bolden-Morris – are all averaging over nine points a game.

- Delaware State is now 4-7 and coming off a tough 83-64 loss on the road to James Madison. The Lady Hornets were led by Lyric Turner with 13 points and three boards, while Jansia Law added 13 points. Sharajah Collins added 11 points, five rebounds and three assists, while Miajah Bullock pitched in with 10 points and five rebounds.
- The Lady Hornets have lost two straight games on the road – at Longwood (78-62) and at James Madison (83-64).
- Delaware State is averaging 61.3 points per game and 35.9 rebounds a game. The Lady Hornets are shooting 35.3 percent from the floor and 30 percent from the three-point line.

What's Going On?
- The women's basketball team will honor former BC Head Coach Cathy Inglese by wearing a CI patch on their uniforms for all ACC games this season.
- Inglese was the head coach at Boston College for 13 seasons from 1993-2008. She guided the Eagles to a 239-151 record during her tenure. Inglese led the Eagles to seven NCAA Tournament appearances, including three trips to the Sweet 16. Inglese passed away suddenly in July.
- The program will honor Inglese on Alumni Day – Sunday, Jan. 12 vs. UVA.

- The team will head home for the holiday and return the day after Christmas to prepare for ACC action. The Eagles will host No. 9 NC State on Sunday, Dec. 29 at noon.
