Eagles-Blue Devils Tip at 7 on Thursday
Boston College opens up a two-game home stand as the Eagles welcome Duke on Thursday (7 p.m.), followed by Virginia Tech on Sunday (1 p.m.). Fans can view both games via the ACC Network Extra.

The Eagles (13-7, 2-5) stand in 10th place in the conference tied with Virginia, while Duke (9-10, 1-6) is tied with Wake Forest in 11th.

BC vs. DUKE
- BC's overall record against Duke is, 3-15.
-The Eagles first played Duke on Dec. 2, 1989.
-The first BC win against the Blue Devils was a 77-70 victory on Nov. 17, 1999.
- Since joining the ACC, BC is 2-11 vs. Duke.
- The last time BC defeated Duke was on Jan. 22, 2015. The Blue Devils came in ranked 15th in the country and the Eagles made 13 three-pointers to earn a 60-56 victory.
- The only other win over Duke in the ACC era came on Feb. 4, 2010. Duke was ranked sixth in the country and the Eagles defeated the Blue Devils, 61-57. It was the first time BC defeated a Top 10 team since the win over No. 2 Ohio State in the 2006 NCAA Tournament.

- On Jan. 31, 1996, former Eagles forward and Hall of Famer Holly Porter scored a career-high 36 points in a win over Syracuse, 74-63. She connected on 13-of-23 attempts from the floor, went 10-for-13 from the foul line, had six assists and two steals. Teammate Cecilee Campbell had a double-double (13 points, 10 rebounds) in the win.
