Terrier Classic Lies Ahead for MTF

Boston College Men's Track and Field Competes in the Terrier Classic at Boston University This Weekend
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – The Boston College men's track and field team continues its indoor season this weekend at the Annual John Thomas Terrier Classic (Jan. 25-26) at Boston University.Â

Richard Webber will be competing in the 60M and 200M dashes this weekend, while Marcus Manson will race in the 400M.

The Eagles have dominated the 800M as of late. At the BU Multi Team Meet on Jan.19, BC had four of the top five finishers in the event. Matthew Morano won the race with a time of 1:51.23. Russell Wells took second (1:51.67), while Ben Davies (1:53.96) and Michael Hains (1:55.34) placed fourth and fifth, respective.  All four will be competing in the event again this weekend at BU. Colin Trigani will be running the 1000M on Saturday.

In the field, Avery Mckenzie will look to continue his success in the triple jump. Last weekend at the BU Multi Team Meet, the junior registered a distance of 14.64 meters, winning the event for the Eagles.
