The junior raced an IC4A/ECAC qualifying time in the 800 meter run

STANFORD, Calif. – Junior Ian Ritchie of the Boston College men's track and field team competed at the Stanford Invitational on Friday, March 30 and Saturday, March 31.

Ritchie raced the 800 meter run and ran an IC4A/ECAC qualifying time of 1:52.75.

BC will race in its third meet of the outdoor season when it travels to Coral Gables, Fla. to race in the Hurricane Alumni Invitational at Miami.

BC Highlights:

Ritchie raced the 800 meter run and finished in 20^th place in a field of 42 runners overall with a time of 1:52.75. His time qualifies him for the IC4A/ECAC Championships.

The Eagles will return to action when they travel to Coral Gables, Fla. to participate in the Hurricane Alumni Invitational at the University of Miami.
