- Last time out, the Eagles notched their 12th consecutive victory with their 17-11 win over No. 5 North Carolina, and extended the longest win streak in program history
- Sam Apuzzo leads the nation in points (76) and goals (52) - and ranks seventh in assists (24) - while Dempsey Arsenault is ranked seventh in points (52) and 14th in goals (35) ... Kaileen Hart ranks 20th nationally in assists (20) and 64th nationally in points (46)
- While the Eagles' offense leads the nation averaging 17.00 goals per game, BC's defense is ranked No. 7 nationally with an 8.83 goals allowed per game mark ... the Eagles have allowed 12 or fewer goals in 11 games, and 9 or fewer goals in six games
- In BC's win at Louisville, Arsenault tallied 12 draw controls to break the single game program record that was previously set by Apuzzo earlier this season ... the duo has combined for 128 of BC's 200 DC's this season

- BC is 3-13 all-time against Virginia ... the Eagles are 3-3 at home in Newton, 0-6 on the road in Charlottesville and 0-4 at neutral sites
- UVA won the first eight meetings in the series, which began with two games in 1994 before the teams began to meet regularly as part of ACC conference play during the 2006 season
