BOSTON, Mass. – The Boston College lacrosse team tallied its third straight win of the 2018 slate, downing Boston University at Nickerson Field, 18-6, Saturday afternoon.

The Eagles (3-0, 1-0 ACC) came out on fire, beginning with junior Elizabeth Miller's opening goal only 40 seconds into the game. This fueled an 8-0 run for the Eagles, which included a hat trick from junior Sam Apuzzo.

Junior Dempsey Arsenault was hot handed, producing five of the 18 BC goals to lead the game – four of which she had in the first half alone.

The Terriers (0-1, 0-0 Patriot League) found a tiny stride in the second half, but the BC lead was never diminished.

Junior goalie Lauren Daly made eight saves to boost the Eagles victory.

- The second frame began with a slower start. The Terriers offense was slightly sparked as they added four goals in the half.
