After Towson cut its deficit to 66-65 with 3:16 left in the game, Boston College scored the next eight points to build a 74-65 lead with 59 seconds remaining.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Boston College started the game with a 10-2 run in the first 4:23.
- Robinson hit a 3-pointer to increase the Eagles' lead to 33-20 with 7:33 left in the half.
- Towson cut it to four points late in the half, but BC scored the final four points to take a 45-37 lead into the break.
- Towson started the second half with a 16-5 run to take a 53-50 lead with 13:24 on the clock. It was the Tigers first lead of the game.
- BC responded by scoring the next six points to regain a 56-53 advantage. Robinson had all six points and took a charge on the defensive end.
- The Eagles were ahead, 66-65, and then scored eight unanswered points over the next 2:17 to build a 74-65 lead with 59 seconds left.
