Eagles Host Towson Tuesday Night

BC and Tigers tip at 7 p.m. on ACC Network Extra
THE GAME
• Boston College will host Towson on Tuesday night at 7 p.m. inside Conte Forum.
• BC is looking for its third-straight win after taking down Maryland Eastern Shore and Stony Brook in the last two outings.
• Sophomore Jerome Robinson averaged 19.0 points, 7.5 rebounds and 4.5 assists in those two victories.
• Towson won its first two games at George Mason and Morgan State. The Tigers then gave #RV/24 Maryland a scare on Sunday before losing, 71-66, in College Park.
• Today's contest is a non-bracketed game of the Barclays Center Classic.
• BC will head to Brooklyn for Thanksgiving weekend to take on Kansas State in the first round of that tournament on Friday.
• The Eagles will then face either Richmond or Maryland on Saturday.

• This will be the first meeting between the two programs on the hardwood.
• Tigers head coach Pat Skerry is familiar with New England.
• He grew up in Medford, Mass., and played basketball at Tufts from 1989-92.
• He spent time as an assistant coach at Tufts, Stonehill, and Northeastern. He was also the head coach at Curry College from 1996-98.
• Skerry also had assistant coaching stints at Rhode Island (2005-08) and Providence (2008-10).

• Sophomore Jerome Robinson ranks 11th in the ACC in scoring (17.3), 10th in assists (4.3) and fifth in steals (2.0).
• Graduate student Mo Jeffers currently ranks sixth in the ACC in rebounding (9.0).
• Sophomore A.J. Turner is 6-for-9 from beyond the arc this season and his .667 percentage is tied for first in the conference.
• Graduate student Connar Tava currently has 981 career points and is just 19 away from reaching the 1,000-point mark.
• Freshman Nik Popovic came out of his shell vs. Stony Brook, recording 13 points and five rebounds in 13 minutes of action. He was 6-for-7 from the floor.
