BC ON THE ROAD AGAIN AT CLEMSON
• Boston College travels for the second Friday in a row and this time heads to Clemson for a 7 p.m. matchup at Historic Riggs Field.
• Clemson holds a 5-3-4 record in the all-time series against the Eagles, including a 2-0 loss last year in Newton.
• Boston College lost at Louisville last weekend in double overtime, 2-1. The Cardinals scored the game-winner in the 105th minute.
• Clemson has won its last six outings, including a 1-0 win at Syracuse last weekend. The Tigers' only loss was a 1-0 game at Notre Dame back on September 12.
• BC is 0-3-3 against Clemson in the last six meetings. The Eagles' last win came on October 9, 2009.
LATE GOAL SINKS EAGLES AT LOUISVILLE
• Sophomore Cedric Saladin made a career-high nine saves as Boston College lost at Louisville in double overtime last weekend, 2-1.
• Seven of Saladin's saves came in the second half.
• Junior Zeiko Lewis scored his fifth goal of the season and freshman Trevor Davock got the assist.
• Louisville struck just two minutes into the match. The Cardinal's Andrew Brody scored off a header from a cross by Danny Reynolds.
• Boston College tied the game in the 88th minute when Lewis scored off an inbounds pass from Davock. Davock threw it into the right side of the box and Lewis one-timed it into the near post for his fifth goal of the season.
• Louisville scored the game-winning goal five minutes into the second overtime when Jack Gayton scored his first goal of the season.
LAST TIME vs. CLEMSON
• Kyle Murphy scored both Clemson goals to lead the Tigers past Boston College, 2-0, on September 12, 2014 in front of 1,638 fans at the Newton Campus Field.
• Murphy scored in the 36th and 70th minutes for the Tigers. Oliver Shannon and T.J. Casner recorded assists.
• The Eagles established the pace early and had a couple of chances on the attack. BC started a nice passing chain in the midfield before Zeiko Lewis found a streaking Giuliano Frano in the right side of the box. He sent a cross into Isaac Normesinu, but a Clemson defender met him and the ball at the same time to thwart the attack.
• BC took the first four shots of the match, forcing two saves, but Clemson scored on its first attempt. Shannon controlled the ball on the right side of the pitch and sent a cross into the box. Murphy was waiting at the six-yard box with a defender on him. He fought for the ball and found the back of the net to give Clemson the lead.
• Boston College had a great opportunity early in the second half to notch the equalizer. Derrick Boateng handled the ball on the left side and fed Lewis towards the middle. He dribbled the ball through traffic and found Normesinu to his right. He fired but grazed the right side netting.
• Clemson added to the lead in the 70th minute after a BC turnover in Clemson's offensive half. Casner recovered the loose ball on the right sideline and took it into the corner. He crossed it into the box to an awaiting Murphy who found the back of the net again to make it 2-0.
• BC managed to get a couple of more shots off but none were on target.
KELLY APPROACHING 300 WINS
• Head coach Ed Kelly has a career record of 299-216-61 in his 31st year of coaching collegiate soccer. His record at BC is 259-203-55 in his 28th season.
• Kelly would become the 19th active coach and the third in the ACC with 300 career coaching victories.
• He currently ranks 43rd all-time in coaching wins with 299.
THE GREEN TEAM
• Boston College sports 14 freshmen on its 2015 roster, the most of any team in the ACC.
• North Carolina and Pittsburgh have 11 freshmen on their squads while NC State and Syracuse have 10.
• Ten of the 14 freshmen have seen time on the pitch.
• Freshman Trevor Davock is tied for the team lead with five assists. He is also second in points (13) and third in goals (4). His three game-winning goals are a team-best.
• Simon Enstrom is tied for the team lead with five goals and is third with 12 points.
• Freshmen Derek Lyons and Tommy Garcia-Morillo both scored a goal in a 4-1 win at Virginia Tech.

• Freshman Trevor Davock is tied for the team lead with five assists, is second with 13 points and third with four goals. His three game-winning goals are a team-best.
• He had nine points in five matches spanning from September 11-25.
• Davock ranks third in the ACC in assists.
LEWIS GETS HOT
• Junior Zeiko Lewis leads Boston College with 15 points and is tied for the team lead with five goals and five assists.
• He set career highs with two goals and five points in a 3-1 win against Connecticut on September 22.
• He ranks ranks third in the ACC in assists, seventh in points and 12th in goals.
• Lewis has been a crucial part of the BC offense the last three seasons. His 18 career assists rank eighth all-time at Boston College.
• As a freshman, he earned numerous honors including: NSCAA All-South Atlantic Second Team, ACC Freshman of the Year, All-ACC Second Team, All-ACC Freshman Team and Soccer America All-Freshman First Team.
• Lewis led the ACC in assists (11) and assists per game (0.61) that year, and ranked 10th in the conference in points (17).
• He ranked third in the country in assists per game and fourth in assists.
• Last year, Lewis was an All-ACC Second Team player with three goals and three assists.
ENSTROM EMERGES
• Freshman Simon Enstrom scored seven of his 12 points in two matches against Boston University and #23 SMU.
• He scored twice in Boston College's 3-2 win at BU on August 31. He scored in the 16th minute and notched the game-winner to break a 2-2 tie in the 80th minute.
• He then recorded a goal and an assist in the Eagles' 4-2 upset win over #23 SMU.
• Enstrom notched his second two-goal game this season when he struck twice in a 2-1 victory over #10 Virginia.
AMPADU'S TWO GOALS
• Senior Atobra Ampadu got his first start of the season against #23 SMU and made it count.
• He scored the Eagles' first two goals just 25 seconds apart to give BC a 2-1 lead in the 24th minute. It was his first two-goal game at Boston College.
• After the Mustangs scored the match's first goal in the 13th minute, Ampadu equalized the match 10 minutes later. He took a pass from freshman Simon Enstrom and sent a cross near the goal line from the right side. The keeper got to it, but deflected it into the back of his own net to make it 1-1.
• Just 25 seconds later, Ampadu had a brilliant strike from more than 30 yards away that beat the diving keeper to give BC a 2-1 lead.
