The Eagles rallied for an unearned run in the bottom of the fifth inning to cut the Maine lead to 5-4. BC threatened with runners on first and second base in the bottom of the seventh inning and one out, but a ground out and a pop out stranded the runners and gave the Black Bears a 5-4 win.
BC will make its home debut on March 25 when they host Boston University at 4:00 pm at Shea Field.
