Chestnut Hill, Mass. - Boston College hosted its annual NFL Pro Day on Tuesday afternoon, which featured former quarterback Matt Ryan, along with other draft-eligible BC and local area players.
Forty-three NFL personnel from 23 professional teams and more than 70 members of the media (both unprecedented numbers) watched as players ran timed agility drills and completed position work outs in the Boston College bubble. Ryan threw 52 passes in various formations to former BC receivers Kevin Challenger, Jon Loyte, Tony Gonzalez, Andre Callender and L.V. Whitworth.

William Green, who played for BC from 1999 to 2001, and Taylor Sele, an Eagle from 2004 to 2006, also joined the players.
Six other schools were represented by players at Pro Day. The list included Mackenzy Bernadeau from Bentley College, Casey Gough from Holy Cross, Maurice Murray, Scott Kaplan and Kevin Brown from Northeastern and George Wright-Easy from St. Francis. Four Harvard players attended, as Andrew Brecher, Doung Hewlett, Matt Thomas and Steven Williams worked out. Seven players from Massachusetts displayed their skills for the scouts. Matt Austin, Jason Hatchell, Chris Koepplin, Matt Lawrence, Brad Listori, J.J. Moore and Charles Walker represented the Minutemen.
Kansas City Chiefs head coach Herm Edwards and general manager Carl Peterson were among those who watched from the sidelines as Ryan took the field. Minnesota Vikings offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell, New Orleans Saints quarterback coach Pete Carmichael Jr. and Carolina Panthers general manager Marty Hurney were some of the others in attendance.
