Lacrosse Falls To Dartmouth In Season Finale

Hanover, N.H. - The Boston College lacrosse team fell to fourth-ranked Dartmouth College, 17-2, tonight in Hanover, N.H. The Eagles finish the season with a 10-6 mark and 1-4 record in Big East play.
Dartmouth (14-1) out-shot BC 20-8 in the first half.
Carley St. Lucia scored the first goal of the game at 21:50 to give the Eagles an early lead.
The Big Green responded with seven consecutive goals.
Shauna Culhane notched her 19th goal of the season with 59 seconds remaining in the half.
The Eagles headed into halftime trailing 7-2.
In the first half, goalie Courtney Zwirko stopped five shots on goal for the Eagles and Devon Wills made three saves for the Big Green.
In the second half, Dartmouth scored 10 unanswered goals.
Catharine Saylor had a strong game defensively and picked up a team-high five groundballs. Susie Breaznell dominated the draw controls by winning a team-high three.
Zwirko finished the game with 11 saves while Wills and Kelly Roy combined for 10 stops.
