Green To Enter NFL Draft

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - Boston College junior running back William Green (Atlantic City, NJ) has announced that he will give up his senior year in college and enter the National Football League draft.
"William will be missed at Boston College and we wish him all the best in his NFL career," says Boston College head coach Tom O'Brien.
Green was a first team consensus All-America selection in 2001 and was the second-leding rusher in the country with 1,559 yards. He leaves BC as the third-leading rusher in school history with 2,974 yards.Football: Zeke Moore Media Availability (April 10, 2026)
