AS A SENIOR (2018-19)
Assistant Captain … appeared in 20 of the Eagles’ 39 contests … recorded two goals and 10 assists for 12 points … recorded 37 shots on goal … had a plus/minus rating of +5 and blocked 21 shots … five of her 12 points on the year were game-winning points (2g, 3a) … had two multi-point games on the season … recorded three power-play points on one goal and two assists … picked up two assists, including on the game-winning goal, in the home-opening win over Syracuse (Oct. 5) to kick off a four-game point streak … assisted on the overtime game-winner in the first of two games against St. Lawrence (Oct. 11) and then scored the overtime winner the next night (Oct. 12) … added an assist in a win over Merrimack (Oct. 19) … had a two-point game in a win at Maine (Oct. 28) … added single assists at Providence (Nov. 3) and on the game-winner at UConn (Nov. 16) … had single assists in three consecutive games at Holy Cross (Nov. 24), at Northeastern (Nov. 27) and against BU (Nov. 30).

AS A SOPHOMORE (2016-17)
Appeared in 28 games after a late-season injury forced her to miss 11 games (the final nine games of the regular season and the two-game Hockey East Tournament Quarterfinal series) … posted a career-best 15 points from two goals and 13 assists – also both career highs … posted four multiple-point games, including two one-goal, one-assist efforts and a pair of two-assist games … scored her first career goal – 46 games into her career – at New Hampshire (Oct. 14) as part of a two-point night … had two helpers in the Eagles’ 4-1 win at No. 3 Quinnipiac (Oct. 22) … added her second career goal at Boston University (Nov. 5) … part of the Eagles’ defense that was tied for third nationally in goals allowed per game (1.54), and was active on both the nation’s leading power-play unit (25.5 percent) and the second-best penalty-kill unit (91.6 percent) in the nation … the BC defense allowed 23.67 shots per game and Bizal was part of five of the team’s eight shutouts … participated in USA Hockey’s Women’s National Team Festival in August 2016.
AS A FRESHMAN (2015-16)
One of two freshmen to play in all 41 games … recorded 11 points on the season, all coming on assists … defensively, helped the Eagles post a 1.24 goals against average, the third-best mark nationally … also part of the D corps that set a program record with 14 shutouts … the Eagles’ defense allowed just 21.22 shots per game, fifth-best nationally …recorded her first career point on an assist against St. Lawrence (Oct. 12) … earned one Hockey East Rookie of the Week honor (March 14) after recording an assist in the Eagles’ 5-1 win over No. 6 Northeastern in the NCAA Quarterfinals (March 12), and helping limit the Huskies to just a single goal and 22 shots, both below their season averages … twice recorded multiple assists in a game: Nov. 25 vs. Providence and Jan. 23 vs. Vermont… was a season-best +4 against the Catamounts in the Jan. 23 meeting … whistled for seven penalties all season, all in separate games … earned time on the Eagles’ penalty-kill unit, which clicked at 91.6 percent – third-best nationally.
BEFORE BC
A two-time member of the U.S. Under-18 team (2014, 2015) … helped the U18s win the gold medal at the 2015 IIHF U18 World Championships in Buffalo, after a silver-medal performance in 2014 … was an assistant captain on the 2015 U18 squad … played high school hockey for Hopkins under head coach Chris Erickson, earning all-state honors three times and four all-conference honors … was a finalist for the prestigious 2015 Minnesota “Ms. Hockey” award … scored 26 goals and added nine assists for 35 points as a senior … was an all-conference soccer player at Hopkins … also played club hockey with the Minneapolis-based Jr. Whitecaps under head coach Winny Brodt from 2012 to 2015 … helped the team win the 2014 US Canada Detroit Series after a third-place finish in 2013 … also won the 2014 NIT championship … twice participated in USA Hockey’s Women’s National Team Festival (2013, 2014), as well as multiple USA Hockey National Development Camps.

Grace is the daughter of Brady and Mary Bizal … also has an older brother, Austin, and a younger sister, Olivia … her father Brady (1983-86) and her uncle Terry Bizal (1982-86) both played hockey at St. Cloud State … Terry scored 111 career points for the Huskies … her mother’s brother, Kevin McHale, enjoyed a 13-year NBA career with the Boston Celtics, winning three NBA titles, drawing seven All-Star nods and an induction to the Basketball Hall of Fame … enrolled in the Morrissey College of Arts & Sciences … a member of the National Honor Society … enjoys spending time with her family and enjoy outdoor sports in her free time … also enjoys cooking and photography … recipient of the Adam M. Osborne Scholarship Fund.
