AS A SOPHOMORE (2017-18)
Appeared in all 38 games … played most of the season alongside Serena Sommerfield on defense … also saw significant penalty-kill time and increasing power-play time as the season wound down … posted a career-high 13 assists … had three multiple-assist games … collected a career-high three assists in the 6-0 win over New Hampshire (Jan. 5) … added two-assist games on Jan. 20 against Vermont – setting up both BC goals – and the next game in the 5-0 win over Providence (Jan. 26) … added single assists against Quinnipiac (Oct. 17), Maine (Oct. 29), Connecticut (Nov. 17), at Connecticut (Nov. 18), at Merrimack (Jan. 2) and at No. 10 Providence (Jan. 27) … twice posted career-best +3 plus/minus marks: vs. UNH (Jan. 5) and Providence (Jan. 26) … blocked 32 shots on the season, including a career-high four twice: vs. Boston University (Dec. 1) and vs. Boston University (Feb. 13) in the Beanpot Championship.
AS A FRESHMAN (2016-17)
Appeared in 36 games, missing the final three regular-season games with injury … recorded four points on the year from one goal and three assists … finished the year +7 and blocked 22 shots … collected her first career point – an assist – against Connecticut (Oct. 29), and then added her second in the following game against Boston University (Nov. 4) … picked up an assist at Vermont (Jan. 21) … netted her first career goal against Connecticut (Feb. 3) … part of the Eagles’ defense that was tied for third nationally in goals allowed per game (1.54) … the BC defense allowed 23.67 shots per game and Ross was on the ice as part of all eight shutouts … earned Hockey East Academic All-Star and ACC Honor Roll honors, as well as the Athletic Director’s Award for Academic Achievement.
BEFORE BC
Played four seasons at the North American Hockey Academy under coaches Bill Driscoll and Michel Leveille … helped NAHA win the 2014 Junior Women’s Hockey League (JWHL) title … played 61 games as a senior, collecting 38 points from 10 goals and 28 assists on her way to a selection to the JWHL all-star game … in 77 games as a junior in 2014-15, collected 32 points (4 goals, 28 assists) while serving as one of the team’s assistant captains … as a sophomore in 2013-14, registered 39 points from 6 goals and 33 assists while playing alongside current Eagle Toni Ann Miano … before attending NAHA, played with the Buffalo Bisons and helped the team win the New York state U14 championship and gain a semifinals berth in the USA Hockey Girls Tier I national championship in Marlborough, Mass. … also played lacrosse at Aquinas Institute, earning the Game Changer Award in 2013 … a four-time participant at the USA Hockey Developmental Camp (2011-14)

Caroline is the younger of Raymond Ross and Terri Conroy Ross’ two children … she also has an older brother, Ethan … enrolled in the Carroll School of Management … inducted into Aquinas Institute’s National Honor Society … currently plans to attend law school after she earns her undergraduate degree … recipient of the Arthur M. Goldberg Memorial Scholarship Fund.
