AS A JUNIOR (2012-13)
XC: Placed 97th at Lehigh's Paul Short Run (9/28), crossing the line in 25:25.4...ran a season best time of 25:16.5 to place 40th at the New England Championships (10/7)...helped the team earn 2nd place at the event...61st in 25:32.2 at the ACC Championships (10/27)...set a PR in the 10k distance at the NCAA Division 1 Northeast Regional Championships (11/9), crossing the line in 31:56.9 for 76th place.
Indoor T&F: Finished 18th in the mile (4:24.69) at the BU Multi-Team Meet (1/17)...posted a PR in the mile (4:20.18) at the BU Terrier Classic (1/25-26)...4th in the 3,000m (8:51.26) at the Tufts Cupid Challenge (2/11)...at the ACC Championships (2/21-23), set a PR of 8:33.11 in the 3,000m for 23rd place...the quartet of Richard Lucas, Jack Hennessy, Patrick Daly, and Anthony Bellitti placed 13th in the DMR (10:02.97) at the IC4A Championships (3/1-3).
Outdoor T&F: Doubled at the Raleigh Relays (3/29-30), placed 16th in the 3,000m steeplechase (9:26.76) and helped the 4x1,500m-relay team place 8th(16:21.99)...10th in the 1,500m (4:00.31) at the Sam Howell Invitational (4/5-6)...posted a PR in the 5,000m (15:09.98) at the ACC Championships (4/18-20)...at the Skyhawk Invitational (4/26), set a personal best time of 3:58.79 in the 1,500m...concluded the season at the New England Championships (5/9-11), finished 9th in the 3,000m steeplechase, running a PR of 9:24.50.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2011-12)
XC: Came across the tape as the Eagles' fifth scorer at the NCAA Northeast Regional (11/12), running a 10K PR of 33:50.0...scored fourth for BC at the ACC Championship (10/29), taking 82nd in a personal record of 25:33.9...registered a PR of 26:15 to score third for BC in 26:15 at the New England Championship (10/8)...placed fourth for the Eagles with a time of 26:40.74 in the Iona Meet of Champions (9/17)...opened the year with a 20th place finish at the Dartmouth Invitational (9/10), scoring third for BC in 23:12.
Indoor T&F: Competed in the distance medley relay that ran a 10:06.84 int he provisional round at the IC4A Championship (3/3-4).
Outdoor T&F: Lowered 3,000-meter steeplechase personal record to 9:24.77, earning All-New England honors with a seventh place finish...took 11th in the steeplechase at the ACC Championship (4/19-21) with a PR of 9:34.57...set a PR of 4:03.82 in the 1,500-meter run at the Princeton Sam Howell Invitational (4/6-7)...ran a 9:36.57 in the steeplechase at the Raleigh Relays (3/30-31).
AS A FRESHMAN (2010-11)
XC: Ran a 27:09 at the New England Championship (10/9) ... finished sixth for BC, 45th overall, at the Williams College Invitational (9/25) in a time of 27:40 ... made collegiate debut as the Eagles second finisher at the Boston College Invitational in a time of 26:19, taking 28th place overall.
Indoor T&F: Turned in a time of 8:50.64 in the ACC Championship (2/26) 3,000-meter race...ran a personal record of 8:39.54 at the BU Valentine Invitational (2/12)...ran the 1,000-meter competition in 2:39.61 and returned to post a 4:22.35 mile at the Battle of Beantown (2/4)...submitted a collegiate PR of 4:21.72 mile at the BU Invitational (1/28)...led the Eagles with a third place finish in the 3,000-meters 8:51.36 at the BU Tri-Meet (1/20)...ran a 4:30.35 mile at the Dartmouth Relays (1/9)...completed his first collegiate 3,000-meter race in 9:04.95 at the Jay Carisella Invitational (12/4).
Outdoor T&F: Led BC and set a 3,000-meter steeplechase PR of 9:27.13 to take sixth place and score three points at the New England Championship (5/13-14)...set a new personal best in the 4:06.79 in the 1500-meters at the Skyhawk Invitational... At the ACC Championships (4/21), ran a time of 9:43.40 in the 3000-meter steeplechase... Ran the 1,500 meters in 4:12.60 at the Princeton Sam Howell Invitational (4/1-2)...opened the season at the Raleigh Relays (3/25-26) as part of the 4x1500-meter relay that finished in 16:19.27...recipient of the Athletic Director's Award for Academic Achievement...ACC Academic Honor Roll.

Competed for Ridge High School ... Team captain for XC in 2009 and indoor/outdoor track in 2008 and 2009 ...
